Grimaldi’s welcomes the most wonderful time of the year with our first ever Winter Collaboration Menu! Launching December 4, our Winter Collaboration menu was developed with Hundred Acre winery to pair perfectly with their Cherry Pie Pinot Noir. This limited-time menu offers a combination of new items, fan favorites and a delicious seasonal wine that our guests are sure to enjoy.
For our first course, we created the brand-new Spinach Pecan Salad, fresh spinach topped with house-made candied pecans, dried cherries, red onions and crumbled goat cheese, tossed in Grimaldi’s house dressing. For the main course, we feature our popular Rosemary Potato Pizza, our classic white with garlic pizza topped with thinly sliced rosemary potatoes and sprinkled with diced pancetta. Both the salad and pizza pair perfectly with Cherry Pie Pinot Noir. Guests 21 and older can also enjoy some new seasonal cocktails including our Mocha Martini made with Chopin Vodka, Dorda Chocolate Liqueur, Galliano Ristretto and half & half, served up in an Oreo® cookie rimmed glass. If you prefer something sweet to drink, grab an Italian soda, Iced Tea or Lemonade in our new Blood Orange flavor. For a sweet ending, we are offering two seasonal cheesecakes that have been watering the mouths of our guests for years. Our Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cheesecake is a creamy vanilla cheesecake with chunks of Reese’s® peanut butter cups on an Oreo® cookie crust, garnished with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Our Butterscotch Toffee Cheesecake is a butterscotch cheesecake on an Oreo® cookie and toffee crust, topped with whipped cream and chunks of Heath® Bar.
